Exchange Process

In order to facilitate your exchange we must process it as two separate transactions; a return and a purchase. You would need to place an order for the item you would like to purchase then return the unwanted item for a credit. Any of our Sales and Service team members would be happy to place an order for you or you can visit www.highlinetv.com to place your order online. You can then return your unwanted antenna or accessory for any reason within 30 days of purchase or your Bebox within 14 days of purchase minus the cost of return shipping. Please include your invoice and all of the items components in your package. Make sure to note that you are sending the item back for a refund on the invoice. If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include your name, order number and approximate date of purchase for faster service on a sheet of paper.
