What do I do when I think my package is missing?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but if you can’t locate it please do the following: Verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery – generally this is affixed to your front door. Look around the delivery location for your package. See if someone else accepted the delivery. After following these steps if you are not able to locate your package please submit a ticket or call (201) 844-8891 and we will investigate further.
